Elite Staged Homes
Melissa Charney, owner and operator of Elite Staged Homes, has been personally trained and awarded a Master's designation by Barb Schwarz, renowned creator of the Home Staging concept. She is also a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals. Melissa was featured (Staged for Success, Dec. '05-Jan.'06 issue) on the cover of Women's i . The magazine highlights women entrepreneurs of Northern Maryland. Her work was also featured on ABC's 20/20. The segment on Staging aired on October 7, 2005 and again on June 22, 2007.
For the past ten years she has been co-owner of Chesapeake
Home Mortgage and Bay Home Title.
Decorating and designing rooms are her true passion. Four years ago she sought her Accredited Staging Professional Masters designation through Staged Homes.com. She is honored to be affiliated with Staged Homes.com, a company with a high code of ethics.
