This cost-effective option leaves you with a professional report with step by step instructions for what needs to be completed to enhance your homes marketability. The evaluation includes suggestions for improvements both inside and out of your home to enhance it and place it above the competition. Together we can get you the most equity available.

The consultation begins at the curb and continues room by room through your home.

The step-by-step report will list in detail what needs to be cleaned, packed up, repaired, removed, painted, updated and/or rearranged. It will also include furniture placement changes (if needed) for each room. Taking care of these items will give you the best opportunity to not only gain the maximum equity and sell fast but also insure that your home appraises for selling price or above. $350.

Team Elite will come in and fully Stage your home (or selected rooms of the home). This includes curb appeal work and suggestions, light packing , de-cluttering and organizing of the rooms, furniture removal and new placement of furniture. Services also include pre-open house touch ups.

Each home is unique and each home's needs are different, so you may want the main three rooms staged (master bedroom, kitchen, family room) or all rooms. We can work with your budget to help you make the most profit on the sale of your home.

The cost of Staging your homes is always less then your first price reduction !

Vacant homes appear cold and uninviting to buyers. To warm up the space we can provide a light " vignette" option to give buyers a sense of the space and its utilization. Or, if you prefer and budget allows, we offer a heavier, more "fully-furnished" option.

~Vacant Homes are priced per room.
Per-room charge~ Starting at $150. per room (small vignettes) and up for a fuller staged look.

~Average price per room is $250 (estimate). We have a large inventory of decorator items available. Furniture rental is included with the staging the first 0-30 days, after ...furniture rental will be billed monthly at a pre-negotiated amount.

~Smaller areas may be grouped together and billed as one room.
Example: Foyers, powder rooms are grouped together with larger areas......master bath is included with master bedroom etc...

~There is a one time delivery/pick-up fee.

~This service allows Elite Staged Homes to update the style and décor of your home or office by utilizing your furniture and accessories in a fresh way, all for a minimal fee. You get a designer look for a fraction of the traditional designer cost. This service begins with an initial consultation to discuss your needs. We will discuss the style, look and feel that you desire for that room or space.
